MALVERN, PA -- USA Technologies reported that Fresh Healthy Vending, a business-opportunity provider based in San Diego, will be incorporating USAT's ePort device and ePort Connect service in its latest machine.
FHV's new Fresh Healthy Vending Café offers a selection of organic coffee, espresso and chai tea drink for $1.25 to $2 a cup. Once a customer makes a gourmet coffee selection, the machine grinds whole beans, brews espresso, froths the milk and disposes of the grounds, all within 40 seconds. It also dispenses snacks and cold drinks. | SEE STORY
Founded in 2010, Fresh Healthy Vending reports that it has placed more than 2,000 units of its flagship model, a dual-temperature snack and drink combination vender. They're stocked with better-for-you foods including yogurt, fresh fruits and vegetables, smoothies and baked chips, and equipped with a telemeter.
FHV operations manager Ryan Ball said the biz-op company has tested several systems for cashless and telemetry services, and praised USAT "for its unique turnkey system [that] makes it easy for us to provide a plug-and-play solution to our customers and franchisees."
