CHICAGO -- Nu-Health International LLC is heightening the shelf presence of its novel "see-through cans" of fruit with a new label design set to debut at the upcoming NAMA OneShow here. It will also sample its new mango cocktail.
The company introduced at last year's OneShow its fruit-in-juice in transparent containers that can be vended from any canned drink vending machine. | SEE STORY
The portable 12-oz. containers come with a peel-off lid, attached folding spoon and snap-on resealable cap. The line has an 18-month shelf life, requires no refrigeration, but is best served chilled.
Nu-Health's Dmitry Sharin said the eye-catching new label is designed to build the Nu-Health brand across vending and retail channels, while showcasing the actual fruit inside.
The company has also added a mango, pineapple, apple medley in natural fruit juice to the lineup. It joins pineapple; peach; pineapple, mandarin and apple; peach, pineapple and pear; and mandarin orange varieties. Each can of fruit, packed with natural antioxidants and vitamins, contains less than 100 calories per serving.
The company will exhibit in booth No. 1007 at the NAMA OneShow, April 9-11, at Chicago's McCormick Place.
