HOUSTON, TX -- FreshBrew Vending has acquired Tri-Cities Vending (Beamont, TX) expanding the geographical reach of its Houston-based operation.
Fresh Brew Vending, founded in 1997, serves eight counties in the Houston area and stakes its claim as the city's largest independent full-service vending company.
The company said the addition of vending accounts in the Beaumont market, located 90 miles northeast of Houston, will allow it to expand services into other industries, such as oil refineries, additional hospital systems and potentially some casinos in Louisiana.
"We couldn't be more excited about taking the first steps in expanding our vending services to other markets," said Steven Weyel, chief operations officer of FreshBrew Group, Fresh Brew Vending's parent company.
"FreshBrew Vending is renowned in the Houston market for utilizing all the industry's latest technology in order to maximize automation of our products," Weyel added. "We look forward to working with all of Tri-Cities' employees as we enhance our operational offerings to our new client base."
