LOUISVILLE, KY -- Grindmaster-Cecilware Corp. has named Nestor Ibrahim senior vice-president of operations and David Dudding chief financial officer.
Ibrahim is responsible for all operational functions of the beverage and foodservice equipment company, including manufacturing, supply chain and industrial engineering. He joins Grindmaster-Cecilware from Middleby Corp., where he most recently served as president of the company's Star Holdings Division. Prior to Middleby, he was vice-president of materials management and global corporate procurement at Stainless Inc./Franke Inc.
Dudding will oversee the manufacturer's financial matters, and play a key role in business strategy. He has held financial posts at major companies, including EnovaPremier LLC, Plumbers Supply Co., Actaris Metering Systems, General Electric, and Thomas Industries. Most recently, he was the managing director for Oldham Advisors LLC, where he provided CFO-level financial services to various companies.
