Smart Fright Night arcade game DES MOINES, IA -- Smart Industries reports that its Fright Night game has been on location at an Alpha-Omega family entertainment center in northern California for about four months, and has demonstrated its ability to generate consistent earnings. "Last week the unit grossed $511, and consistently ranks very well in that game category every week," the company observed.

A "whacker" game with a product option, Fright Night is said to be Smart's first design that incorporates both conventional redemption and self-merchandising capability. It offers four configuration options: ticket only, prizes only, tickets and prizes, or entertainment only. The prize configurations make use of a satellite cabinet that displays the premiums and dispenses the selected one when the player attains the necessary score. Play is enhanced by what the manufacturer describes as "delightful sounds and graphics."

Fright Night is supplied with seven-segment score and timer LED displays, dual coin comparator mechanisms, a durable hammer, and reliable soft-play character "kickers," along with a locking lower service door and rear access panel. It stands 75" high and measures 44.5" wide X 32.75" deep. The optional prize cabinet is 54.25" high x 23.5" wide x 23.75" deep. It also has locking front service and rear access doors. The system is backed by a one-year warranty.
