MADISON, SD -- G.A. Murdock Inc. reports that its Mur-lok female flare fitting is now formed from lead-free brass. The company explained that this construction conforms to the requirements of the Reduction of Lead in Drinking Water Act.
The flare fitting is available in 1/4" OD quick-connect by 1/4" female flare configuration, and features dual EPDM synthetic rubber O-rings for leak resistance. It's designed for use in office coffee service, beverage vending, icemaker and related appliance applications.
