CORONA, CA -- AVT Inc. said it has licensed its wireless vending management system to Marley Coffee Automated Stores Inc. Under the terms of the deal, AVT will receive a monthly fee for the use of its management technology on each Marley coffee machine.
Marley Coffee Inc. and AVT in April 2012 entered a licensing partnership through which AVT creates branded specialty coffee vending machines, called Marley Coffee Automated Stores.
AVT's wireless management system gives machine owners and operators instant access to sales reports, inventory status, restocking alerts and marketing data. It said last June that it had begun signing up several of its large customers as licensees of its patented wireless vending control systems and "bringing other manufacturers and operators into compliance." However, AVT has not yet named any other companies with which it struck accords, or terms of the reported deals. | READ MORE
