In conjunction with the Fancy Food Show, Sonoma Creamery launched the Mr. Cheese O’s line at New York City’s celebrated Murray’s Cheese Shop after a trial in which they proved popular with Murray’s clientele of cheese connoisseurs.
Founded in 1931, Sonoma Creamery grew by adhering to the principle of using the best milk and producing quality cheese. It formulates its cheeses with milk free from rBST and other synthetic hormones. Its flagship line is the Sonoma Jack assortment.
