BELOIT, WI -- New from the creators of Oregon Chai is Oregon Café Latte espresso concentrate, available in three flavors.
The product, supplied in 16.9-fl.oz. cartons, can be used to prepare specialty beverages by combining about 2 fl.oz. of concentrate with milk or a dairy substitute. It's offered in vanilla, caramel and mocha varieties, and can be enjoyed hot or chilled. At standard dilution, there are eight servings to a carton; each serving contains about the same amount of caffeine as one shot of espresso.
Kerry Ingredients foodservice and retail vice-president Corrie Byron said Oregon Chai customers, who are passionate about creating their own made-at-home coffee drinks, can now whip up on-the-go beverages at home or in the office.
Kerry Ingredients is a unit of Kerry Group (Tralee, Ireland), an international consumer foods conglomerate. Oregon Chai was founded in 1994 by Heather Howitt, and acquired by Kerry Group a decade later.
The Oregon Chai portfolio of products includes concentrates, mixes and teabags of the sweet and spicy tea.
