MYRTLE BEACH, SC -- The Atlantic Coast Exposition opens next week at the Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation here. The annual vending and office coffee service confab, jointly sponsored by the North Carolina Vending Association, South Carolina Vending Association and Virginia Automatic Merchandising Association, will run from Oct. 3 to 5.
Keynoting the vending and OCS show is Ty Bello, a registered corporate coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and the president and founder of Team@Work. Bello draws from more than two decades of experience in coaching leadership, sales and customer service to bring a new and fresh perspective to the service industry.
Another educational highlight will be a panel session entitled "New Products for 2013 & Beyond," moderated by Canteen Vending's Lance Roper. Panelists from Coca Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, PepsiCo and Frito-Lay, Vistar and Vendor's Supply will discuss innovations in fresh and packaged foods, snacks and drinks. The focus of the panel will be on products that match market need, healthy alternatives, technology advances and the influence of micromarkets.
