QUEBEC, QC, Canada -- Cafection recently informed its customers that it is ending its exclusive Canadian distribution agreement with Toronto-based Brokerhouse and Quebec-based Andre Labbee, effective Aug. 1.

The company, which manufactures Total 1 and Avalon series machines that are popular in office coffee service, said it made the decision to move to a direct-to-client distribution model to support its Canadian growth strategy.

Brokerhouse and Andre Labbée will continue to support all warranty and parts requirements for the machines they have sold until further notice, according to Cafection.
