NASHVILLE, TN -- The National Automatic Merchandising Association’s Women of the Industry group will host its second annual Coffee, Tea and Water networking breakfast at this year’s conference here. The breakfast is scheduled for Thursday, Nov.14 at 7 a.m., and will include a roundtable idea exchange led by WIN Education and Events Task Force chair Shivani Gupta of Canteen (Charlotte, NC).
NAMA director of meetings and events Sue Ralston reported that last year’s WIN breakfast at CT&W in New Orleans drew more than 50 participants. "We look forward to even more momentum this year," she predicted.
"The value-added topics we plan to address include the challenges, opportunities and successes of women in the refreshment services industry," Ralston explained. "This is an exciting time for WIN members of NAMA who are working to foster this channel’s growth overall."
Ralston added that all CT&W registrants are welcome to attend the event, and thanked sponsors Avanti Markets, Newco Enterprises, Shasta/LaCroix, U-Select It, Vistar and Wolfgang Puck Coffee, for making it possible.
The 2013 CT&W meet is set for Nov. 12 through 14 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. It again is being held concurrently with the International Bottled Water Association’s annual business conference and trade show, which will run from Nov. 11 through 15.
Online registration for the CT&W conference is available at vending.org. Further information about the event may be requested from NAMA’s director, coffee and water service Roger Stewart by calling (312) 346-0370, ext. 228
