Event to feature exclusive access to the all-new "Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley”
ALEXANDRIA, VA (Aug. 4, 2014) -- The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) released details for "IAAPA Celebrates at Universal Orlando® Resort," which will take place Thursday, Nov. 20, during IAAPA Attractions Expo 2014. Expo participants will mix and mingle with new contacts, longtime business partners, and industry friends during this private, professional networking event. IAAPA Attractions Expo is expected to draw more than 27,000 attractions industry professionals and is the largest annual conference and trade show for the $24 billion global attractions industry. The Expo takes place Nov. 17-21 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
IAAPA Celebrates attendees will have unlimited access to the all-new The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Diagon Alley™ at Universal Studios Florida® and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Hogsmeade™ at Universal's Islands of Adventure® after the theme parks close to the public. Attendees can enjoy Diagon Alley™ including the multi-dimensional thrill ride "Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts™", board the Hogwarts™ Express to travel between Diagon Alley™ and Hogsmeade™, and experience the next generation of thrill rides "TRANSFORMERS™: The Ride-3D", which fuses high-definition 3-D film and flight simulation technology.

Tickets for each event cost US$149; IAAPA members can purchase tickets for US$104. An IAAPA Connects and IAAPA Celebrates Combo Ticket is being offered exclusively to IAAPA members for US$175. Combo tickets are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All prices are in addition to IAAPA Attractions Expo registration.
