Premier developer, manufacturer and distributor Bandai Namco Games plans a strong presence at London's EAG International Expo taking place at Excel London January 22-24, securing two prominently positioned stands to promote the company and its prize division. |
Bandai Namco Games is justifiably proud of its 57 year heritage as a diverse games and entertainment business built on innovation and enthusiasm. With an iconic product range bearing testament to a long term commitment to its own development programme, the company is also Europe's largest third party distributor of coin-operated and other leisure equipment. Bandai Namco Games lays claim to an impressive list of distribution agreements secured with many market leading manufacturers including Raw Thrills, Jennison Entertainment and Five Star Redemption.
Bandai Namco's John Brennan confirmed that visitors to their stands will be in for a treat: "Throughout the year we participate in several European regional shows but EAG is very important to us, especially now with the added support and involvement of BALPPA. We always showcase new products at EAG International and view the show as the doorway to the New Year. We'll be launching no fewer than seven completely new products in January," confirmed John.
In a market that shows signs of becoming increasingly discriminating, John's view is that only the best of breed will survive. "To attract operator investment in today's economic climate, games have to be especially high on entertainment value and stimulate a whole generation of players," he revealed.
Bandai Namco's plans for EAG International reveal that the company is certainly committed to raising the bar by showing strong products and showcasing its exemplary service and support capabilities.
Amongst the innovative products on show will be five original Namco ticket redemption products and no less than six themed Pac-Man games releases. The exciting new Dark Escape 4D with movement is sure to create a stir. A combination of terrifying graphics playing on the player's fears, vibration, wind and surround sound will test any player to their limits, with heart rate and panic levels being displayed after being recorded by sensors in the gun grip.
Making its European debut will be SnoCross from leading arcade video game creator Raw Thrills. Players race snowmobiles and sleds around some of the world's most extreme and exciting tracks. The experience is enhanced through HD graphics and a motion seat and players can share their scores on Facebook via personalised QR codes.
Pac-Man themed Big Bang Smash takes the popular game of air hockey to a whole new level. Instead of players having to deal with just one or two pucks, dozens of mini pucks are fired out during play, delivering extra speed and excitement.
With the sales team and technical support staff being joined by manufacturers and distributors, a visit to the Bandai Namco stands at EAG International must be high on the agenda for anyone in the serious business of innovation, entertainment and inspiration.
